Initial Telephone Consultation
Rachel Denney Speech and Language Therapy provides an initial telephone consultation which is free of charge.
This ensures that I am the right therapist to meet your needs. The call will last up to 15 minutes. There is no need to prepare any special information for the call, just tell me about what you are hoping I can help you with.
I will explain the process of initial assessment and answer any questions you may have. We can talk about possible next steps like timescales for booking in the assessment and practicalities like where the assessment could take place.
There is no pressure to make a decision about whether I am the right fit for you during this call. I would encourage you to take time to think about it

Once you are ready to move ahead with Rachel Denney Speech and Language Therapy, the first step is an assessment. Ongoing therapy support cannot start until an assessment has been completed.
Payment is by bank transfer. Invoices are issued before assessment and after each session or monthly, depending on the agreement.
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice or ahead of the assessment. Late payment will result in suspension of services.

| Brief update report or letter writing | £50 |
| Annual review report for existing clients | £100 |
| Report for EHCNa or EHCP purposes for existing clients | £100 per hour (capped at £250) |
| Mileage from my home in OX28 to visits and back | 55p per mile |
| Travel time may be chargeable in addition to mileage depending on location and distance from OX28 | £50 per hour |
